Subject to these Terms, you may:

• Browse the Site and download product documentation (TDS, brochures, e-catalogues) for evaluation, product selection and internal technical discussion;
• Use that documentation for your internal formulation development and compliance assessment, provided all marks and source references remain intact;
• Contact us through the forms on the Site or the published contact details regarding enquiries, samples and technical support.

Downloaded material remains the property of KingPowder, and this permission does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

4. Product information and disclaimers

• Technical values published on the Site (such as particle size distribution, whiteness, oil absorption, pH and surface treatment type) are typical values intended to help you make an initial selection. They may vary within normal ranges between production lots and do not constitute a guarantee of specification.
• The final specification of a product is the one set out in the technical agreement confirmed by both parties, the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the relevant lot.
• The permitted use, maximum levels and labelling requirements for cosmetic ingredients differ between countries and regions. We can provide available regulatory documentation to assist your assessment, but confirming compliance in your target market and completing any required notification or registration is the customer's responsibility.
• Nothing on the Site is a warranty of any formulation, process or finished-product performance. We recommend laboratory trials and stability testing before commercial use.

An enquiry submitted through the Site is an expression of interest only and does not constitute an offer or a contract.
